David is a Labour candidate for Vauxhall and lives on the Vauxhall Gardens Estate at the heart of the community. He also works, shops and spends his time locally, with a strong connection to the area. An architect by profession, David is passionate about the built environment, with experience in social housing and community projects, as well as representing residents on planning matters. He is committed to listening to residents and businesses and being a strong, hardworking voice for Vauxhall.

Denean was born and raised in Lambeth and has spent her life in the community she now hopes to represent. Shaped by the borough’s schools, health services and diverse communities, she understands the challenges residents face and the strength of Lambeth’s community. Professionally, Denean works with local groups to help neighbours have a stronger voice in the planning and development decisions shaping their neighbourhoods. Through a free planning advice service across London, she also helps Lambeth residents navigate the planning system. Denean is standing as a Labour councillor for Vauxhall to continue working with residents to make Lambeth cleaner, safer and healthier.
