YOUR TEAM FOR Kennington

Cllr David Amos

David is a Labour candidate for Kennington and has lived in the area for 25 years, serving as a local councillor for 12. With a background in the NHS, he is committed to supporting residents and has handled over 3,000 cases on issues including fly-tipping, traffic safety, housing and support for vulnerable people. David works closely with local police and community organisations to tackle crime and anti-social behaviour, and is dedicated to making Kennington cleaner, greener and safer for everyone.

Dominic Lynch

Kennington is Dominic’s home and he has grown up in the community. He played football on the Ethelred Estate, spent weekends in Durning Library and learned to ride his bike in Kennington Park. Dominic has worked hard on successful campaigns to keep community assets like the Post Office in Kennington and regularly raises local issues such as graffiti and fly-tipping. Ensuring that Kennington is an inclusive, green and safe place is personal to him, and he would be honoured to represent the community that raised him.

Cllr Joanne Simpson

Joanne Simpson is a Labour candidate for Kennington and is seeking to represent the area once again. She has lived locally in Vauxhall for 13 years and brings experience as a former councillor and a local authority town planner. Joanne has supported thousands of residents with issues ranging from housing repairs to cost-of-living support, and is committed to working with residents to ensure development benefits the community. She is dedicated to delivering real results and continuing her record of hard work for Kennington.
