YOUR TEAM FOR Herne Hill & Loughborough Junction

Stephen Clark

Stephen is a Loughborough Junction resident and a human rights barrister, specialising in giving a voice to the voiceless and standing against abuses of power. He helped stop attempts to remove genuine refugees to Rwanda and has worked to protect the free speech rights of environmental and Palestinian protesters. Outside of work, Stephen served as Chair of a national LGBT+ aquatics club for two years and helped bring the international LGBT+ Aquatics Championships to London for the first time. When he’s not swimming, he can often be found helping someone up the stairs at Loughborough Junction station — and wishing for a lift.
