I was born and raised in Herne Hill as the son of immigrants. I am a former Trustee of the Friends of Ruskin Park and founding member of Herne Hill Welcomes Refugees. I am driven by public service and work in the charity sector as a humanitarian worker helping people in need. As a local councillor, I have worked to deliver new investment for Ruskin, Brockwell and Milkwood parks, Carnegie Library Hub, our housing estates, schools and leisure centres. If re-elected, I will continue to work hard to help create a fairer more inclusive community where all of us can thrive.
