Protect Lambeth's schools

The Conservative government has plans to cut the funding for schools in Lambeth by up to 16%. In recent years, Lambeth's schools have made huge strides, with major improvements seeing meaning that we now over 96% of our secondary schools are good or outstanding while 90% of our primary schools are good or outstanding. This puts us in the top 10% of all boroughs nationally.

But this progress could be reversed by the government's plans. We're working with schools, teachers and parents who are really concerned about this.

Please join with our campaign to protect the hard-won improvements to Lambeth schools. Say ‘No’ to a slash in our schools budget.

Cildren are our future. Their taxes will pay our pensions. It’s important all children have a good start in life. Schools need continued investment not cuts. Put up corporation tax to levels from ten -fifteen years ago and ths will help to pay for the services people who cannot afford the luxury of private healthcare or schooling require.

Don’t damage our future generation any further! We need to invest in our young people – how can we expect them to achieve with more brutal cuts to education and young peoples mental health (school counsellors were often the first to go in the most recent round of cuts to school budget)
